Trevor Daly, PTA, GTS

Trevor received his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences and his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Suffolk Community College in 2020. He has worked as a personal trainer since 2019 and places a high emphasis on overall wellness. Trevor has attained several additional certifications to enhance his manual therapy techniques which greatly benefit his patients in the clinic. He joined the Advance Physical Therapy team in 2020 and works in the Lindenhurst office.

Dr. Sean Marek, DPT

Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Marek received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University in 2010. He earned another Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and then his Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Touro College in 2014, where he received awards for both academic excellence and clinical research. Helping the local community for over 12 years, Sean continues to develop and implement quality and individualized treatment plans for each of his patients. He is certified for both Level I & II of the Fyzical Balance and Vestibular Course & Examination. Sean joined Advance Physical Therapy in 2014 and currently leads the team in the Lindenhurst office.

Dr. Michael Banome, DPT

Dr. Banome received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The City College of New York, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the CUNY Honors Program in 2021. He then received his Clinical Doctoral Degree of Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2015. Michael has a passion for sports related injuries and injury prevention among athletes since entering the field. He joined the Advance Physical Therapy team in 2024 and works in the Lindenhurst office.

Teresa Bianchi, MSPT

Teresa first attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Stony Brook University. She then graduated from Touro University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Teresa has over 30 years of clinical experience in multiple settings, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patient populations. She joined the Advance Physical Therapy team in 2024 and works in the Lindenhurst office.

Dr. Lou Obergh, Founder/Owner

Owner and Director of Advance PT with over 30 years of clinical and teaching experience. Dr. Obergh received his doctorate from Touro College and is currently teaching graduate Exercise Physiology students at Adelphi University.
